The Center for Public Lands (CPL), an environmental training and resource center based in Colorado, sought a fresh logo to modernize their brand identity. They desired a design that encapsulated themes of nature and community, steering clear of clichés often associated with common environmental logos.
Working independently among a pool of designers, I crafted a logo and accompanying style guide for submission to the organization. Through presentations and collaborative feedback sessions with both the client and designers, I refined my concepts from three initial drafts to a single, cohesive design. While CPL ultimately selected my logo, they opted for a slightly modified version as seen on their website.
